PRAYER MINISTRY

Is anyone among you in trouble? Let them pray. Is anyone happy? Let them sing songs of praise.

James 5:13

NCC is a church that prays!

We believe that prayer is a spiritual discipline, and we follow the model of Jesus as He talks throughout the Word about praying for one another.

Prayer Gathering

Come and join us as we, the body of Christ, cast all our cares upon God and pray for NCC, our country, and our community. We meet the second and fourth Sundays of each month in the 1st-Floor Meeting Room, from 10:15-10:45 a.m. Contact: Emily Willard at jejjw@zoominternet.net

Prayer Team

Be an intercessory prayer warrior by participating on a team that prays for specific requests as needs arise and are communicated via weekly emails to the team members. Contact: Holly Wilson-Jene at prayer@nccinwexford.org.

Prayer with Elders

After each service on the first Sunday of the month, elders are available for prayer at the front left corner of the Worship Center. If you would like them to pray with/for you, please come up after the service. They would love to support you!

Prayer Ministry Leadership Team

A group of people who assist the pastor's teaching, equipping and mobilizing the congregation to pray. If you have a prayer need and would like prayer today, contact Emily Willard at jejjw@zoominternet.net or submit a prayer request/praise on the link below.

Prayer Shawl Ministry

The Prayer Shawl Team gathers once a month to knit and crochet shawls, lap blankets, pocket squares, scarves, etc. As they are making them, the team prays for the people who will receive these comforting gifts. If you or someone you know could benefit from a gift from this ministry, please let us know. Contact: Gretchen Coppin at coppin@consolidated.net

Let us know how we can pray for you or offer praise. The request can be anonymous.

If My people, who are called by My name, will humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land. - 2 Chronicles 7:14
