Inspire People to Encounter God

The heartbeat of our worship ministry is to inspire people to encounter God. John 4:24 says that God is "seeking" or looking for true, authentic worshipers and this is the reason we desire to be a worshiping church. We want people to live a lifestyle of worship on a daily basis, and we want to put Jesus at the center of our corporate gatherings. The Worship Team at New Community Church seeks to glorify God by inviting people into a meaningful worship experience as the gathered body of Christ.

Worship Night 2020

In 2020, NCC's Worship Night was streamed virtually so you and your family could worship from the comfort and safety of your home. If you missed it, you can watch it on YouTube and have your own Virtual Worship Night anytime.

Music Team

We are always looking for experienced players and vocalists to help lead the congregation in worship. Vocalists and instrumentalists lead the congregation in authentic worship of God through a wide variety of music, from hymns to contemporary worship music.

Contact Matt Mason, Worship Pastor, at 724-935-0909 or at mmason@nccinwexford.org to set an audition time.

Then I heard every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and on the sea, and all that is in them, saying: “To him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb be praise and honor and glory and power, for ever and ever!”

Revelations 5:13

Technical & Production Teams

We are always looking for people that have a passion for the technical and production elements of worship! We have three teams: the Sound Team, the Lighting Team, and the Multi-Media Team. The Sound Team mixes sound and records the message; the Lighting Team sets the lighting cues and runs the lights; and the Multi-Media Team uses Pro Presenter software to project visual graphics, song lyrics and message slides for the worship services and special concerts. Training is available; no experience needed.

If you have a heart to serve on one of our technical teams, we have a place for you. Contact Elaine Heitzer at (724) 935-0909 or eheitzer@NCCinWexford.org for more information.
