YOUNG ADULT MINISTRY focuses on the next generation of leaders. Their mission centers around reaching and teaching young adults in their 20s and 30s. This includes young singles, young married couples, and couples with younger preschool-aged children. The Young Adult ministry helps to guide and mentor these people as they navigate their careers, engage in personal relationships, and expand their walk with God as they serve their family, friends, church, and community. Various small group opportunities are offered as well as serving projects, social events, and mentoring relationships that create an environment that is encouraging, uplifting, and mutually accountable. Contact Adam Jackley, our Young Adult Pastor, fo more information.
Tuesdays, beginning June 27, from 7-8:30 p.m. — NCC Church Office
Join other young adults for an inductive Bible study through the book of Philippians this summer. We will use scripture to interpret scripture and uncover insights to joy, the main theme of Philippians, even in the midst of trials. Email Christine Bolton or Cam Eles if you plan to attend or have any questions.
Tuesdays, at 7 p.m. - Wexford
All college-age girls and graduating high school senior girls are invited to come together for a study, "A Woman's Wisdom" written by Lydia Brownback and led by Ann Snyder. The group will meet every other week. The study will explore the wisdom of the book of Proverbs and what it has to say for young women in college. Contact Ann Snyder for more information.
Be a part of bringing wholeness to our broken world together with other young adults and NCC's Young Adult Pastor Adam Jackley. This summer is a great opportunity to connect with God and others through participating in various social outings and service projects. After signing up for the group, Adam will communicate the next upcoming event that is planned. If you have any questions, please email Adam Jackley.
At NCC, we want to foster a yearlong connection with our college-age students. A student's years in college can either catapult them to new levels of commitment to Christ or disorient them in their faith. We partner a student with a family in our church to help them stay connected to God and our church.
