Dinner & Dessert - Monday or Wednesday
Sever and clean up dinner & provide a dessert
How would you like to bless Pine Valley Staff and our campers with a night of serving dinner, cleaning up, and providing a yummy dessert? Your group will be given a brief overview of how dinner is served and what our cleanup process is. Our kitchen leadership will be available to oversee.
*We kindly ask your group to provide a tasty dessert for our campers and staff that night. Examples: ice cream cones/sandwiches, cookies, cupcakes, cake, etc. Call the office the week prior for an accurate count of campers and staff.
Arrival: Please arrive with your group at 5:30 pm and plan to stay until 7:30pm. Suggested group size: 12+
***You are welcome to stay for dinner, please let the office know how many will be joining to eat.
We also have some upcoming work days scheduled and are in need of volunteer help. If this information could be posted on your website, we would be most appreciative. The dates are October 21, November 4 (Lumberjack Day - clearing brush, wood cutting/stacking), Nov. 7 and Dec. 16.
If you have questions about any of this information, feel free to contact our office manager, Amanda Richardson at 724-752-1661.
