According to Paul, spiritual maturity as a disciple of Jesus looks like a life increasingly marked by love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. These qualities are produced by the Holy Spirit working within us as we seek to live and love like Jesus. In this summer series, we will explore the fruit of the spirit, examine its opposite, expose the counterfeits that can masquerade as the real thing, and see how Jesus perfectly embodied it. Along the way, we will learn what it means to "keep in step with the Spirit"—walking daily with God in a way that allows Him to shape our character from the inside out. Join us as we discover how the Spirit grows the character of Christ in the lives of His disciples.
